MY THOUGHTS
(SPOILERS AHEAD)
So, the episode started out with a weird Clace scene. I hope their e relationship gets better, because at the moment, I’m not loving it. Their lines seem like they have no emotion in them and I honestly hope it gets better.
I liked that Clary wants to make peace with Jonathan. It feels like something she’d do in the books before she knew what he’d done. Will and Kat’s performances with those scenes were spot on. Bu that kiss. I freaked out and wanted to throw up. No, just no. But Sebastian and Valentine keep getting better and better. I am really into their relationship, and I can definitely see it going into what we know about them. Will Tudor is killing it. He is phenomenal. He is Sebastian. Evil and ruthless. He’s excellent and truly captures the core of Sebastian’s character.
Oh man, Malec. I think I know where this is going. I hope it doesn’t though. Alec should have trusted Magnus and never hid the truth from him. Maia and Simon. I’m looking forward to their relationship developing. I almost thought she’d bring up Jordan, but we’ll see if they ever do. They are really cute at the moment, and I really like them. Even though I ship Sizzy.
So, I still don’t really know how I feel about everything that happened with the Mortal Mirror. It’s all very confusing. I very curious to what’s going to happen with that storyline. It seems like it’s going to be very similar to the City of Glass ending, but we’ll see where it goes. But all the aspects surounding the Mirror itself seem out of place.
I really enjoyed all the scenes with Max and Simon. Those were so funny. I am scared to what could happen to Max. Are they going to go with the books? I don’t know.
The show really has progressed. It looks like they’re using a lot more book content, which I want to watch but yet nervous to see. I really enjoyed to episode, especially all the Valentine and Sebastian scenes. I am crossing my fingers that they’re going in a good direction. Let’s chat in the comments.
