The Prince & Me

Eyyy so I decided to watch this one again as inspiration for my book. I actually liked it a lot less than I remember. I love the main character Paige but didn’t love the romance as much. It’s still great but kinda a bit underwhelming??

Midnight Sun

I was actually crying by the end of this movie. It was actually really good?? It stars Bella Thorne and it’s basically about a girl who cannot be in the sun and there’s a romance. Its a story about discovering yourself and coming out of your shell and I actually really enjoyed it.

10 Things I Hate About You

So this is actually a weird story, don’t come at me: I thought this movie was SO overrated and thought that I’d dislike it. But if you didn’t know, I basically had a chick flick marathon so I decided to watch this one, you know because I’m older and can appreciate movies more and I actually really loved it. I love the actress and the romance was great. I love that era of films. I had a grand old time!

The Secret Garden

This movie is literally just a gem. I watched it thousands of times as a kid and wanted to watch it again and it’s just cinematic beauty at its finest. I’m sure you know what it’s about. I just love the characters and the story is beautiful and I ADORE THE GARDEN. I just love it and HIGHLY recommend.

Wild Child

I just,,, THIS MOVIE. It’s another I watched ages ago and remembered liking and I actually loved it even more the second time around. Its a classic teen chick flick and it’s excellent. I LOVE boarding schools. I don’t know how to describe how I feel, I just really liked it.

The Golden Compass

I was just scrolling through Netflix one day and decided I was really in the mood to watch this one again. And I did. And again I really enjoyed it! I love the setting and the world is so interesting. I love the characters and especially things with animal companions and I just had a great time.

Aladdin

I just needed to watch this again. It’s not one of my favourite fairy tales but I still really like the story. I love all the characters and the whole plot is really well done. The music is great and I love the setting.

Ice Princess

I actually don’t know why I watched this one. It’s a Disney movie about ice skating and I actually liked it? The acting isn’t brilliant but I had this urge to actually attempt skating (even though I’d probably fall on my butt…)

Two Night Stand

I truly don’t remember how I stumbled upon this movie but I like Miles Teller so I watched it. I (again) really enjoyed it. The characters had really great chemistry and I liked their relationship. I thought it was really funny and just like a random movie but quite liked it.

Chalet Girl

I remembered this one after watching Ice Princess so I watched it. I really liked the whole premise. I also really love Ed Westwick… but I overall quite enjoyed it. It made me want to try snowboarding ahah NO I’d fail. I didn’t really love the romance but really liked the characters.

Ratatouille

I just really love this movie. I think its great. I love the food and Paris and just the whole thing is adorable. Its such a weird story actually but like its great. JUST WATCH IT IF YOU HAVEN’T

Cheaper By The Dozen 1 & 2

I actually ADORE these movies. They’re really funny and I love the huge family. It’s such a great time. I actually prefer the second one (mainly because of the smol precious relationship of tiny Taylor Lautner and Alyson Stoner which melts me tbh). It’s just,,,,

Camp Rock 1 & 2

After that ^ adorable relationship I went into an Alyson Stoner craze and watched a whole bunch of movies she was in. Now this I ended up liking less than I thought I would. I love the actors, but the acting itself was just not so good. I love the music but the rest kinda got me.

Step Up 3D

I love all these movies but I decided on this one because it always sticks out to me. I actually just love it. My favourite dance is the one I call the “water dance”. But I just love all the characters, especially Moose but they’re all great. I love the actual dancing but really just all of it.

Aquamarine

I’m kinda if-fy about this movie. I love Emma Roberts but the rest is all a bit weird?? The romance is kinda weird and I’m not sure about the mermaids. It’s cool but the acting isn’t great. I don’t knowww…

Freaky Friday

I loved this movie. I thought it was excellent. I hadn’t seen it before and watched it on a whim and really loved it. It was so funny and I love all the actors and just,,, The story is great and I loved how the relationship grows between the mom and daughter and also the brother. The band was awesome and I love Chad Michael Murray! Such a great movie.

Sabrina The Teenage Witch

I again really expected nothing of this and LOVED IT. I love Sabrina and Salem. I love the characters and the magic system is so cool. The aunts are awesome and the whole movie was just so fun. Loved it!

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom

I didn’t expect to go and watch this in the theater but we landed up watching it and I really enjoyed it. It was actually really impactful? It kind of touched on animal cruelty which I didn’t expect. I really love the characters and obviously the graphics are amazing and ended up really liking it. A little nerve wrecking in a few of the scenes and made me a bit scared and grip my chair (but I’m also a baby with that so).

A Walk To Remember

I have a new found appreciation for Mandy Moore and I loved this movie. It just remembered it one day and landed up watching it again. I love the romance and their relationship. The whole movie is just great and I loved it!!

Cinderella (2015)

My friend hadn’t seen this before so we obviously had to watch them. It’s just cinematic excellence. The costumes are amazing and it’s all just beautiful. I love Lily James and also Kit’s character is great. I just,,,

Beauty & The Beast (2017)

I love Emma Watson so much!! She’s just amazing. I feel the same about this as Cinderella. The costumes are beautiful and the sets are too. I love the music and its just amazing okay!!

A Wrinkle In Time

I LOVED THIS MOVIE! I thought it was so cool. I loved Meg and the boys were so cute and adorable gahhh!! The whole premise is so cool and I loved it.

Juno

This movie is so weird but in a good way? It’s actually really cool but again kind of indie I’d say? I really enjoyed the characters, especially Jennifer Garner and I don’t exactly know how to voice my feelings…

The Devil Wears Prada

This one is SO GOOD. I loved it. I love Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway but also Emily Blunt, they’re all so amazing. It was just such a great movie and I,,, truly am the worst at feelings.

Ever After: A Cinderella Story

Ahh my friend made me watch this and I loved it. It’s an origin story to Cinderella and it’s so good. Drew Barrymore is in it and I had such a great time. I love the setting and all the costumes. I didn’t love the romance but it developed nicely and it was just done so well.

Narnia: The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe

I LOVE THESE MOVIES SO MUCH!!! They are so amazing and fantastic and I just love them. I love the characters and the story and Narnia is an awesome place and it’s just so beautiful I can’t even.

The Princess Diaries 2

A friend and I landed up watching them both (I’ve already talked about the first one though). I like this one but not as much as the first one. I love Mia’s story but not so much the romance (i’m set on Michael) so that kinda bums me but otherwise I liked it.

Grease

I have seen this movie so many times and I ADORE THE SOUNDTRACK. But rewatching it now put me in a new light. I picked up on a few problematic issues but I still love it. I love the era and I laughed at them so much. The movie is just so great and I love it.

Tangled

WOW THIS MOVIE WAS SO MUCH BETTER THAN I THOUGHT. I loved it so much. The romance is so good and it’s just beautiful. I love the lantern scene! Its a lot different to the story of Rapunzel I remembered but I loved this one! It’s just so good!

Mammia Mia 1 & 2

Oh holy heck how do I cope? I’ve loved the first one for years so rewatched it in prep for the second one and I just don’t know to cope. The first is obviously excellent and the second was a roller coaster. It too was excellent but I was sobbing by the end and I just can’t even. I love it all and just HELP!!

She’s The Man

Oh wow I just LOVED THIS MOVIE SO MUCH. I really thought I’d hate it but WOW. It’s hilarious and also pure genius. SO FEMINIST. Amanda Bynes is so funny I can’t. I’ve watched it multiple times by now. I love Viola and Duke (young Channing Tatum is also great btw). SO FREAKING GOOD!!

The Incredibles 1 & 2

So I did the same, I rewatched the first in prep for going to see number 2 and I just can’t deal. The first one has always been good but the second is just so amazing and lovely and amazing and I JUST CANNOT. It’s going to be on my top 5 favourite movies of all time. I loved it so much I saw it again after a few days just because!! Like I love it (i’ll be doing a review btw). I love the characters and the superpowers and it’s all just excellent. I LOVE THESE MOVIES SO MUCH WATCH IT NOWWW
