So I am participating in the Biannual Bibliothon this year. It’s super fun and I’ve put in some of their links to find out more info. But it’s basically a week-long readathon where you read as many books as possible while trying to complete as many challenges as you can. BIANNUAL BIBLIOTHON & BOOKTUBE-A-THON TBR OF JULY 2017
Hello there fellow readers, I’m going to participate in the Biannual Bibliothon and Booktube-A-Thon this winter. I’m in a reading slump and I hope to get rid of it by reading a heck load of books in one week. Unfortuneately, it would be impractical for me to read 7 books in one week since school is starting but I plan on destroying my reading slump and having an all-round great time. I’m also going to try to complete as many reading challenges as possible without buying any books and read books I’ve been planning to for a while. I also want to post as many BIBIB blog challenges and Instagram challenges of each readathon as I possibly can. It’s a lot in one week but I think we’re going to have a great time. Here are some links to find out more info Biannual Bibliothon YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/biannualbibliothon Twitter: https://twitter.com/BBibliothon Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/biannualbibliothon/ Booktube-A-Thon YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/BookTubeAThon Twitter: https://twitter.com/BookTubeAThon Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/booktubeathon/ Reading Challenges for the readathons: For the Biannual Bibliothon Group Book Challenge Read from the host’s favorite genre Read a book that has been or still is banned Throwback challenge Book to movie adaptation – read & watch Read a book you’ve seen somewhere other than…

Review: SHADOWHUNTERS Season 2 Episode 16
Episode Name: Day Of Atonement Director: Paul Wesley Writer: Peter Binswanger Running time: 43 min Release Date: 17/07/2017 Genre: Fantasy Rating: Synopsis: Given the past year’s events, Simon struggles with observing the Jewish Day of Atonement, while Clary and Jace travel to Idris looking for Valentine. MY THOUGHTS (SPOILERS AHEAD) I have to say, I was quite scared going into the episode. But my fears turned unnecessary, in fact, the episode was very enjoyable to watch, despite not much happening, we just learn Shadowworld history. I knew all of it, but it was nice to see how the writers brought it in. I loved Paul’s directing, considering he knew less to nothing of the story or actors. He did an excellent job and it was done very well. Initially, I was afraid of Sebastian’s history since he wasn’t raised by Valentine, but it looks like it’s going to go in a good direction. But first, let’s talk about demon Sebastian. He keeps getting scarier and scarier. I think he’s going to be a great villain. But also, why didn’t Valentine just move from where-ever they were staying and not send his son (and precious experiment) to demon realms? But then…

Review: SHADOWHUNTERS Season 2 Episode 15
Episode Name: A Problem Of Memory Director: Peter DeLuise Writer: Allison Rymer Running time: 43 min Release Date: 10/07/2017 Genre: Fantasy Rating: Synopsis: Simon looks for a distraction with an evening out with some of his new vampire friends. What started out as a night to let loose quickly turns much darker when Simon wakes up the next morning with no memory of the night before and a dead body he now has to answer for. Meanwhile, Alec orders Valentine to be transferred to Idris to help repair relations with the Downworlders. Magnus recalls when he was a young warlock and found his mother dead. His stepfather then grunts at him in something captioned at Dutch (which it is NOT), and Magnus killed his stepfather. MY THOUGHTS (SPOILER AHEAD) This was a great episode. It was a lot of fun and I had a good time watching it. It kept me at the edge of my seat and I was constantly nervous about what was going to happen. There are a few minor things that I didn’t like but otherwise I really liked the episode. So, the aftermath of last episode has hit Simon fast and that is the main…

Review: PRETTY LITTLE LIARS Season 7 Episode 20
Episode Name: ‘Till DeAth Do Us pArt Director: I. Marlene King Writer: I. Marlene King Producer: I. Marlene King Running time: 1 hr 30 min Release Date: 27/06/2017 Genre: Mystery, Drama & Crime Rating Synopsis: Seven seasons of secrets come tumbling out in the two hour series finale as the ultimate endgame comes to light. MY THOUGHTS (SPOILERS AHEAD) It’s so weird now, knowing that we know longer are going to wonder what will happen next on PLL. This show really was an epic ride and I enjoyed watching every minute, and am so sad that we won’t be getting anymore of it. But I’m glad that our questions have been answered. I thoroughly loved singing that song one last time (until I want to watch PLL again) and then all the Girls “sssshhhhh” and I was very happy. This episode is the one where we’d all be wondering what crazy stuff they could do. And oh my, some real weird things went down and I am satisfied. I was so confused when they showed that first scene of the girls, until it was all a weird Mona dream. Then I thought maybe that snowglobe fan theory was true. There…

Review: SHADOWHUNTERS Season 2 Episode 14
Episode Name: The Fair Folk Director: Chris Gismer Writer: Taylor Mallory Running time: 43 min Release Date: 26/06/2017 Genre: Fantasy Rating: Synopsis: Alec has big plans to mend fences with the Downworlders, while Jace and Clary are summoned by the Seelie Queen. MY THOUGHTS (SPOILERS AHEAD) I had a lot of fun with this episode. The characters stood out and some of the content was almost just like the books, so I liked comparing my imagination to the screen. I overall really liked the episode and am very excited for next week’s. The first scene is full of small pieces of information. Jace is playing piano, and looked like he enjoyed his ‘night-out’ with Maia. Sebastian is interested in Clary and starts revealing his true colours. Jace thinks that his romantic relationship with Clary is ancient history but he is obviously not over her and neither has he moved on. Now that Alec is Head of the Institute, he wants to have more of a relationship with the Downworlders, and invites four representatives to a sort-of ‘meeting’. And what on earth Luke?! I was frustrated the entire episode with his behaviour. He first won’t accept Alec’s invitation saying that he thinks…

Winter TBR
There are many books that I’m planning on reading over the holidays. I am very much behind on reading, and all the books I’m going to read are ones I know I’ll enjoy. I’m very excited and let me know what you thought of these books! Tales From The Shadowhunter Academy, Lady Midnight and Lord of Shadows by Cassandra Clare and other authors Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas and hopefully a few more from the series Some of the To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before trilogy by Jenny Han Fangirl, Carry On & Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell A few more books from Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead Now, my list is short but I hope to read about about 10 books , plus if I’ve read the ones I’m planning on then maybe I can get to the rest in the series. I put off Lady Midnight because 1.) I didn’t know about it until end of last year and 2.) once I’ve read them, I’d have to wait 2 years for the next book). We’ll see how many I actually get to. Hopefully all of them. xo

A.D. Theories #PLLEndGame
The final episode of Pretty Little Liars is going to air in under 8 hours, and it’s strange to think that tomorrow they’ll be no more to watch and wonder about. I’m sad and excited at the same time for that. This show was the first show I was truly interested in and I can’t wait to see how it’s going to end. So, I thought I’d name a few A.D. fan theories (and one of my own that I don’t see often on the internet) that I think are possible. Let me know which of these theories you think is A.D. A very common theory is the twin theory, which is that one of the main characters has a secret twin and that the twin has been either working for or is A.D. The most popular is the Twincer theory. People believe that Spencer has a twin. Spencer has been acting weird lately, with Wren at the airport and with Toby in the cabin. This theory is something that definitely could happen, seeing as this is PLL. I wouldn’t mind this happening, but everyone is suspecting this so I hope the show doesn’t go in this direction. Another theory…

Review: PRETTY LITTLE LIARS Season 7 Episode 19
Episode Name: Farewell, My Lovely Director: Joseph Dougherty Writer: Joseph Dougherty Producer: I. Marlene King Running time: 42 min Release Date: 20/06/2017 Genre: Mystery, Drama & Crime Rating Synopsis: Convinced they know who A.D. is, the Liars gear up for a confrontation. Spencer, Hanna, and Caleb team up to investigate and discover new information about Charlotte’s death. Meanwhile, Mary Drake returns with a gift for Spencer and Alison. MY THOUGHTS (SPOILERS AHEAD) A lot of stuff went down in this episode. We find out a lot, including Charlotte’s killer, and I am super hyped for the finale. This episode can basically be summed up as preparation for the final episode. Aria was almost caught by the police, and oh man, was I wondering what the writers would do this time, Luckily she was not caught, and we could all breathe. Ezra stood up for Aria, which was sweet, and told the girls how wrong they were treating her. He really takes charge in this episode and I liked seeing that side of him. Then we see Mona falling into the deep, dark pit of games and manipulation. Now, I never thought she was A.D. but the Liars are quite sure…

Review: SHADOWHUNTERS Season 2 Episode 13
Episode Name: Those of Demon Blood Director: Michael Goi Writer: Zac Hug Running time: 43 min Release Date: 19/06/2017 Genre: Fantasy Rating: Synopsis: After several Shadowhunters are killed, the Institute takes controversial methods to avoid a revolt of the Downworlds. MY THOUGHTS: (SPOILERS AHEAD) I don’t exactly know how to explain my feelings on this episode. The episode felt strange to me, but I still enjoyed watching it. Know what I mean? The things that happened in the episode are not in the books, so it felt odd, but it was still well done. They did a good job with the episode, but seeing as I’ve read the books, it felt out of place. The start of the episode was funny. Round of applause to Alberto who plays Simon (next week’s promo trailer has some really good lines from him, which Iim going LOVE watching). And I take back the thing I said last week, because it seems more than likely that the talk between Luke and Simon, denies what I thought happened (unless Simon was just saying that, but he was acting like his usual awkward self so I don’t think he was lying). So, Inquisitor Imogen has…
