I am absolutely never going to shut up about this series and you just have to deal with it.

I actually read this a while ago now and to be honest, didn’t plan on doing a full review for this very short book but you only live once, so we’re doing it anyway! Let’s get started < 3

It’s official: I’m a Holly Jackson simp. She can do no wrong and I’m here to read anything she writes.

This book is literally just over 100 pages yet I was chilled to the bone. This short novella doesn’t even involve a real murder, but when Pippa thinks there’s a noise by the window, I’m terrified out of my mind.

Anyways, in terms of novellas, I don’t think it could get better than this. I already love the characters, and there was some great banter in here. I adore Pip as the main character, as we all already know. I absolutely did not know who this murderer was so was definitely surprised.

All in all, I definitely recommend if you’re a fan of this series and if you’re looking for a fast mystery. You can read it in literally one sitting.

I also listened to a portion of it on audiobook and wowee was it good!!!
