MY THOUGHTS
(SPOILERS AHEAD)
It’s so weird now, knowing that we know longer are going to wonder what will happen next on PLL. This show really was an epic ride and I enjoyed watching every minute, and am so sad that we won’t be getting anymore of it. But I’m glad that our questions have been answered. I thoroughly loved singing that song one last time (until I want to watch PLL again) and then all the Girls “sssshhhhh” and I was very happy. This episode is the one where we’d all be wondering what crazy stuff they could do. And oh my, some real weird things went down and I am satisfied.
I was so confused when they showed that first scene of the girls, until it was all a weird Mona dream. Then I thought maybe that snowglobe fan theory was true.  There was something off about the scene and then I heard the echos and I knew something was wrong. I assume Mona had that dream and then saw Wren in the mental hospital in the year time jump.
It was fun hearing the lines Marlene tweeted about so long ago, and I never thought Aria would say the line about the vows. Emison make such cool parents, and I loved all the scenes with their twins. And Spencer got a horse and Toby’s truck back. Also, Spencer’s horse only likes her but Toby too had to be a sign.
Jenna sured show Addison who’s boss. I was like “you go girl” because is there anybody who even likes Addison? I sure hope not. I felt so bad for Haleb but it’s a tough situation. Caleb would be upset that Hanna wants to spend more time with Mona than with him. And Mona really isn’t herself. You could see she was looking forward to spending the evening with friends.
Ezria had such a suiting bachelor/bachelorette party. And I laughed when Spencer was explaing to Hanna about Greek mythology and she was so confused. Does anyone know the meaning of Spencer’s dress? And I died inside in that Spoby scene, the scrabble and falling asleep and then the song. Everything. It was such a great throwback. Malene was right, her scenes where HBO level. And there was the Ezria throwback. It’s such a shame that Aria can’t have kids
The drunk moms were the best. They were so good and then when they had to leave the party. Then there’s a really cute Spoby scene afterwards. And Ezra talking to Aria’s dad was also pretty funny. But what broke my heart was when Ezria fought about Aria not saying anything to him about the doctor. And then Emison gets engaged. Just all the feels. And Haleb finally makes up and my heart is content.
Okay, the hotel scene with Toby, was that Spencer or Alex? Everyone has different answers. I personally want it to be Spencer but there is a lot of evidence that it’s not. The way the creators of the show make up the backstories to these charaters is something I will forever appreciate. It all ties in so well. So A.D. was guessed right as Spencer’s twin. Round of applause to Troian who did such an amazing job with everything. Fans know the show so well that many thought of the impossible and the impossible happened, and I must say I liked the way it was delivered. Alex truly was very amusing to watch. I was literally trying to tell the Liars that it wasn’t Spencer and when Toby figures it out, it’s like, finally.
And she was literally going to chop off Ezra’s head. She probably would’ve if the two hadn’t escaped. It now shows how bad of a mother Mary is. Spencer was so hurt. Troian really did an amazing job. Alex is so messed up and psycho that she too had a dollhouse that was very creepy. I especially loved the fight scene. It must have’ve been so fun to film. You could also see that Alex loved Charlotte in her own twisted way. It was so much fun to watch.
I really think the ending scene of the Liars was a perfect goodbye message. And Mona having a dollhouse is it’s own perfection. She finally has the game. Then there is the repitition of the pilot, saying that Rosewood never changes even with A.D. gone. Let’s hope Addison really is dead.
I loved this episode. It’s great to fianlly have closure. Alex was ever so fun to watch. The cast really did such a good job and I’m sad that Prettty Little Liars is over. Thank you all for following my reviews of one my all-time favourite shows and let me know your thoughts on this episode!
