I HAVE ACQUIRED MORE BOOKS THAN I THOUGHT // a haul
Eyy so it’s been a hot second since my last haul and I’ve counted and I got like 25 books in under 2 months?? And I haven’t been reading much… howwww??? Yeah you know don’t even ask!! Should we just get into the haul, I think that’s a good idea. Crowns of Croswald by D. E. Night: the lovely author reached out to me and asked if I’d like to read her book and I of course said yes. The cover is stunning and it sounds like a really fun middle grade The Perks of Being A Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky: I was in the bookstore and saw this one and thought I should give it another chance. I didn’t really enjoy it when I watched the movie but I think I’ll love it now that I’m older. Leah On The Offbeat by Becky Albertalli: My faves at Penguin Random House SA sent this one my way and I’m super excited because I love Becky and hyped to dive in and see Simon and the gang again! AUGUST REACP // i actually read books & watched some great movies
YAY so I actually did stuff this month but this also means we’re closer to the end of the year and I’m not prepared okay! I went to the cinema a bunch and read more than 1 book (i know wow an accomplishment!!) Lord of Shadows by Cassandra Clare {★★★★★}: Wow look at that I actually finally picked this up and of course, I was a mess I still am. Um, I’m going to crawl into a hole now and come out on the 3rd of December okay bye. I know I’ve been so absent recently. I’ve been lacking the motivation to blog and school’s been keeping me busy. JULY RECAP // in which i literally did nothing (??)
July has been extremely busy for me so I basically did nothing!! I truly don’t know what happened this month. I didn’t watch as many movies as usual, and read 1 book (i know I suck!!) and like hardly posted at all. But in my defence, I went back to school and have been super busy so… To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before by Jenny Han {★★★★★}: This was a reread and I read it SO FAST on audiobook because the movie is coming out (so excited you don’t even know).
